Great bookstore. Lots of character. Epitome of a family-run business; the owners are working the business, they contribute to the community, and they ARE customer service. Even if you don't need the books, their coffee is fantastic and it's a great place to hang out, work, relax. Great secret outdoor patio in the back. Wonderful customers. Wonderful vibe.

Great hidden gem!! My kiddo loves to read and they have a great selection of used books for a great price. We’ll definitely be coming back again!!

I have to say that I am so incredibly thankful to discover this amazingly beautiful store here in Old Tustin!! I drove by about a week ago and first saw it and thought I would come check it out. THEN, I read online that it was one of the only stores in Orange County that had signed copies of Dave Grohl's new book Storyteller. Unfortunately, the signed copy was sold, BUT!! I WAS ONLY TOO HAPPY TO BUY A PRESALE ticket for the next shipment of regular unsigned copies. However, because of the location, and because it is the only store around the OC that has the special "vibe" I would love to see if Dave Grohl would do a in store? Maybe a very special limited engagement type thing? Anyway, I met Sam and her husband Mike and they are some of the most neighborly people who you'll ever meet. Super fun to chat with! They have it all here, used books, new books, coffee, couches, cool music, a place for the kids to read, a gorgeous patio, ambiance, and fine writing materials to help you research, read, and create your own great novel!! I told them that I might set up a beanbag in the back and camp out!! Well, if you're like me and love these kind of places to hangout in, you're certainly NOT going to get that at B&N. Nope, you have to come here and feel at home. Book nerds as well as anyone looking for refuge should find this a nice island to escape to....if even for just an hour or two!

Swung in with a friend on a whim walking around Old Town. What a quaint, cozy little spot. Love the selection of both old and new books. I still remember the space as the old Kelly's Gifts, but I love what Arvida has done to the location.

Wonderful mix of old and new books. Quiet spots to sit, kids section and Harry Potter cupboard are peaceful. One of those places that there something in every corner and you won’t see it all in one visit. Love the courtyard in the back too.

The cutest bookshop!! The front half is new books and the back half is used books. They have coffee, great music, and the CUTEST kids section I've ever seen. All kids books were $1 or $2. Easy parking and tons of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

This book store has great vibes and it’s very nice to spend time there with a good book and cup of coffee! they have big variety of books for all ages! I bought few books there and one of them was to my coworker. Sam helped me to choose both books and honestly it was 100% match with what I needed. Now it’s my place to go before or after work when I want to enjoy my book or do some work stuff. If you wasn’t there yet- check it out! You may fall in love with this place as I did! ☺️

Attended the wonderful Hootenanny event which included exquisite live music and readings from several local authors and a young dynamic poet named Ivy. A lovely evening to experience with like-minded people who love to read. The quaint store in Old Town Tustin is woman owned and has a wonderful selection of new and used books, and anthologies as well as lovely artwork for purchase. A real gem and worth a drive to support this local business where you can purchase a coffee drink or tea as u browse.

I love this bookstore! It's accessible for everyone. Next to a coffee shop but also serves coffee inside. It has a mixed option of used and new books with so much diversity! It supports so many community groups. It's just awesome!!
